Precision Builders and Associates Inc. is a family owned Carpentry Contracting business in operation since 1989, and employs as many as 100+ highly skilled and efficient trades’ people.

We specialize in large Commercial and Multi-Family wood framing and millwork projects throughout Central Illinois. We install doors and hardware, wood and vinyl siding, and have a current roofing license from the State of Illinois.

We are a Union Shop and are signatory to several Carpenter’s, Laborer’s and Operator’s locals throughout Central Illinois. We have liability and worker’s compensation insurance with more than adequate coverage. We implement site specific safety plans and operate within OSHA guidelines.

We provide our own site supervision, hoisting equipment & nails, and certain fasteners are included in our prices.
